How detailed do our product descriptions need to be?
We can make sense of SKU names and descriptions that consist of acronyms, shorthand and engineer lingo. The app leverages the infinite context of large language models so it can understand even the most cryptic of descriptions.
Where information is missing, the system uses assumptions to come to a suggested classification. These assumptions are clearly communicated so you can raise specific questions with your engineers.
How consistent does our product & classification data need to be?
Since Veros doesn't rely on matching, we do not depend on consistency within your product descriptions, part numbering schemas or past classifications to drive results. So long as you can provide a product name and/or description, we can classify the product.
Can we interface product data?
Yes! Data can be interfaced or easily uploaded in Excel. Veros can pull data from your PLM or any other system, which allows us to pull in rich data and leverage to build rules and automations that further streamline your classification process.
